Arbor offers services on a task or project-specific basis and we also offer price-competitive monthly service plans that help the small organization keep its computer systems running and its technology budget under control. From hourly, fee-for-service work to custom-tailored service and maintenance contracts, the choice is yours. No matter what you choose, Arbor works with you to understand your current needs and goals and incorporate them into a work plan that meets your needs and budget.
In addition to our already competitive pricing, Arbor Technology Solutions is pleased to offer an additional discount to qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.
Basic Services
Arbor's Basic Services are offered at a competitive hourly rate and are best-suited to organizations having a crisis, that need services infrequently, or that have specific short-term project needs.
Managed Services
Arbor's Managed Service Plans feature an attractive discount over our basic rates and are better suited to organizations with an ongoing need for technology services and consulting.
Managed Service Plans provide the client with a fixed number of hours per month for a fixed monthly fee, providing a regular, defined level of service and a preset fee structure. Arbor Technology Solutions offers three contract service levels -Gold, Silver, and Bronze- with each service level offering a unique combination of services, hours, and pricing.
